Money can feel complicated — especially when you’re trying to build a business that actually reflects your values. Rooted Wealth Circle is a six-week virtual space where we learn, reflect, and talk honestly about money through a trauma-informed, values-based lens.
Together, we’ll explore the emotional, cultural, and systemic layers that shape our money stories — things like scarcity, guilt, fear, and the pressure to “do more” under capitalism. Each week includes psychoeducation, discussion, and reflection prompts to help you reconnect with your agency, your nervous system, and your own definition of wealth.
You’ll learn tools you can use between sessions to build awareness and regulate your relationship with money, but this group isn’t about doing the work perfectly— it’s about doing it consciously.
